HTEC students please take some time to read the following HTEC Student News Update. This update will contain important information relating to school events, field trips, assessments, and other important information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
School Safety
- Shout out to students speaking out for school safety!!!
- HTEC will be adhering to district and school safety procedures:
- NO DRUGS OF ANY KINDS ON CAMPUS! PLEASE respect our learning environment. Students caught smoking will be sent home.
- Students possessing drugs will receive a ticket that will result in fines costing families money and time away from work.
- School safety is a priority, we expect all students to stand up for a safe school, safe community, and respect our diversity in living and learning.
COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- All students must focus on finishing the year strong, DON’T SLIP, PASS all your classes.
- There will be NO EARLY FINALS or MAKE UPS!! NO EXCEPTIONS!
CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT:
- All students are expected to take college courses as part of our early college model.
- This requires you to complete paperwork and take the Accuplacer as a college readiness indicator.
